Who I work with
I love working with people that are committed to their embodied psychological and spiritual growth. Many of the clients I work with come in navigating life transitions, have received challenging health news themselves or for a loved one, have experienced loss, or are seeking deeper meaning in their lives. I am particularly passionate about serving those on a psychological/spiritual path, seeking companionship on this journey, longing to cultivate the sacred in their lives, or simply a place to explore their inner questions. I have a lot of experience and advanced training in the area of Integrative Therapy, which includes the body, mind and spirit, as well as meditative/compassion practices.
How we work together
My style is very warm and relational. I incorporate Somatics, Mindfulness, Jungian, Psychodynamic, and Transpersonal approaches. This allows us to explore one’s inner life, relational patterning, and motivations with compassion, cultivating greater perspective, and a deeper understanding of themselves and one’s sense of belonging in the world. We will draw on the immense resources o the body – it’s rich wisdom to support the cultivation of mindful presence, internal resource, gentle self-inquiry/guidance and embodiment, which allows not only tools for the journey, but also more clarity, and authentic expression.
If this way of working feels resonant, please feel to reach out and we can schedule a free 15 minute consultation by phone/video to answer any questions that you might have.
I work remotely with psychotherapy clients throughout California.

“Our bodies know they belong, it is our minds that make our lives so homeless.”
